Customer personal data
Customer service processing is governed by the customer agreement.
The Ketsko Master Services Agreement describes the subject matter, duration, processing purposes, security summary, subprocessors, data subject request assistance, breach notification, and return or deletion approach for Customer Personal Data where Ketsko acts as Processor.
Ketsko does not retain Customer Personal Data as an optional post-termination store for ordinary access or use. Residual backup copies may remain for a limited period under backup and recovery controls, but are not ordinary accessible systems for former-customer use.
